What is “Out of the Woods”?
Unfortunately, not everyone can make it to a traditional overnight camp experience every year.
We get it. Schedules are packed, days are long, and transportation can get tricky.
That’s why at Wesley Woods, we launched, “Out of the Woods” our traveling day camp!
Out of the woods provides the Wesley Woods experience, on the go. We partner with local churches of all denominations to launch mobile day camp experiences where kids may otherwise not be able to attend camp. Just like the rest of our programs- Out of the Woods is focused on creating a fun and exciting environment where campers encounter God. Not just that- campers build relationships with volunteers in their own churches and communities.
Registration will open soon- our public sites for 2025 are:
Harrisville, PA - Trinity Community Church (June 23-25, 2025)
Linesville, PA - Linesville United Methodist Church (July 21-25, 2025)
Erie, PA - Asbury United Methodist Church (July 28-August 1, 2025)
